Returns and Refund Policy
At Doosraa, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If your product is not working as expected, we offer return and refund support under the following terms:
1. Cancellation Policy
- You are entitled to cancel the order at no additional cost except gateway fee (if any) if the product is not shipped within 4 working days post order is placed.
- Cancellation Post Dispatched: If order is cancelled post dispatch shipping charges (both ways)+ Gateway charges (if any) will be deducted before refund.
2. Return Policy
Damaged, Defective & Replacement products will be delivered in 5 to 10 Business Days.
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Returns are only accepted if:
a) The item is defective or damaged or significantly different from the product page details.
b) It is not as described or was damaged in transit. - What Is Not Covered
• Cosmetic damages (scratches, minor dents)
• Issues due to external damage or misuse after deliveryRefunds
3. Conditions for Return
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience with Doosraa, please follow these conditions:
a. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
b. The item must be undamaged and the same unit that was shipped to you.
c. Any device containing personal data must be wiped clean before return. Doosraa is not responsible for any misuse of data left on devices.
d. Returns due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect model, change of mind) may be accepted with a deduction*
e. Items must be securely packed to prevent transit damage. Doosraa is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to send your item.
a. Do not send back any product without return authorization—unauthorized returns will be rejected.
b. In some cases, a technician may visit to inspect the product. Their assessment will determine if a return or replacement is applicable.
c. If the return is due to a quality issue (as per Section 3.1), it will be accepted at no extra cost.
d. If a replacement is approved, it will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after the original item reaches our warehouse.
5. Refund Process
A. RTO (Return to Origin) – Undelivered Product
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate within 24-48 hours. The amount will be credited back to source account within 14 business days deducting the courier charges.
B. Delivered Orders – Return Due to Defect / No Defect
a. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 24–48 hours. Post verification, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
b. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. For COD orders, we’ll process the refund to the bank details you provide.
If the product is defective: No extra deductions will be charged.
If the product is non-defective or returned for personal reasons: A restocking fee of minimum 10% or 3% per month used (whichever is higher) will apply.
