Doosraa is a registered business dealing in refurbished laptops and printers. All products listed are pre-owned, tested, and restored to proper working condition.
Product Condition & Warranty • All products are refurbished, not brand new, and may show minor signs of use (scratches, dents, or wear). • Products undergo thorough testing and quality checks before sale. • Each product comes with a limited warranty of 6-month. Warranty coverage will be clearly stated on each product page. • Warranty does not cover: • Physical damage • Water damage • Burnt components • Unauthorised repairs or upgrades
Replacement & Refunds • Replacement & Refunds are accepted within 15 days of delivery only if: • The product is non-functional or not as described. • To initiate a replacement/return, contact us at support@doosraa.in with photos/videos of the issue. • Refunds are processed after product inspection and can take 5–7 business days. • No returns are accepted for change of mind or minor cosmetic issues.
Shipping & Delivery • We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days based on location. • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped. • Doosraa is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms • All payments must be made in full before shipment. • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, COD and EMI (where available). • We use secure third-party payment gateways. Doosraa does not store your payment information.
Limitation of Liability
